DetailsOur series on Behaviour Management, delivered by Greg Perry from Future Behaviour Ltd, comprises of an introductory session and six sessions covering specific topics. Greg has delivered behaviour training in over 400 schools nationwide (including 33 in Leeds). Online self-evaluation tools compliment the various stages of the course and all relevant documentation is provided including exemplar policies, posters, recognition methods and an online action-planning tool.

Who is this for?
The course is aimed at inclusion leaders, behaviour leads and school leaders looking to improve behaviour and ensure consistency throughout the school team, as well as schools looking to work more effectively with challenging problem behaviour.

An Overview of The Multi-Tiered Approach to Behaviour Management
Tier 1- Universal Support (Part 1): Consistent expectations
Tier 1- Universal Support (Part 2): Consistent consequences
Functional Behavioural Assessments
Tier 2: Targeted Interventions
Tier 3: Intensive Interventions
Data collection, monitoring, action planning and behaviour flowchart design

CourseSEN Package - The Role of SENCO
DetailsOur programme covers six half day sessions and will be delivered by our Specialist Leaders of Education who have a wealth of expertise in SEN.

The programme will help you further develop your practice as a committed, responsible and creative professional, capable of critical thinking and practical action and support you in enhancing whole-school provision for pupils who have Special Educational Needs or disabilities.

Who is this for?
Newly appointed SENCOs and those who would like to refresh their knowledge.

How much will it cost?
The cost of the full programme is £300 partners/£350 non-partners

Each session will focus on a particular aspect that SENCOs deal with on a regular basis, and will be broken down as follows:
· The Role of a SENCO
· Managing the TA team / quality interventions
· EHCPs (How to write an Educational Health Care Plan)
· Understanding the various SEND needs
· Learning from a special school
· Transition into the SENCO MQ
